Have you ever met someone who was well known, popular, or even famous and come to realize that they are really just a normal, common and down to earth person? I have had that happen in my life and perhaps you've had that happen also...well, on Wednesday nights, we're going to look at 12 men whom established religions and Christians have idolized and set up on pillars of excellence. We going to take our time to look at their lives and realize that they are just ordinary, normal, and common men - really no different from us. They have dougts, struggles, failures, and pasts that hinder them and cause them to struggle. But Acts 17:6 tells us that they "turned the world upside down." God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things for Him...we just need to walk with Jesus like these men did and let God do good things!
